Thinking of you and wishing you a wonderful holiday season. Taking my first holiday in years...almost a decade, lol...and am somewhere new. I arrived in the Dominican Republic two nights ago, after two days of airports and planes, a two hour drive, mostly in the rain, and having the driver not able to find my airbnb right away, A good start to any adventure story, lol. Rested and slept a lot yesterday due to intermittent rains, which got quite heavy at the end of each one, then would stop like a tap was turned off! Sunshine at the moment, so going to explore. Nice to be back at work but with the high and extreme days, have normally had 11 hour shifts... then the storm season hit, and even on low hazard, still up the tower a lot, haha. Still, I got 17 cm of snow just after Solstice, then rain, so everything looks green again. Nice to have some free time and catch up on people, and games. Am doing well...still tired a lot, and guess that will take a while to balance out...so much stress at home. Being alone again, and doing my own things is such a peaceful feeling. Hugs xx
