I have been married to David since 1980 I have one daughter (Lynndsei Helina Sofia) and two gorgeous grandkids (Kelsey Paige born in November 2002 and Dylan James, who was born on my birthday in 2006).

My nickname is in honour of my little dog called Pip who was a rescue dog from the RSPCA, but sadly we lost him at Easter (2008) aged 20.

I love playing games, my favourite on Play and Win is Bingo Stars.

I have a wide taste in music, my favourite though is heavy metal, particularly, Black Sabbath, ELP, Pink Floyd and Genesis and my all time favouite album is Jeff Wayne's "War of the Worlds"

I love action films, thrillers and most of all science fiction, my all time favourite films are Close Encounters of the Third Kind and Armageddon.

I enjoy travelling but don't fly anymore, but we have become addicted to cruising so the flying isn't an issue any more, our most memorable cruise to date was on the QE2, but wouldn't recommend it, spent a full week in what we lovingly (not!!!) referred to as "The Rabbit Hutch".  The best places I have ever visited on Holiday was the Caribbean Islands of Puerto Rico and Barbados.  My favourite place in England is Weston-Super-Mare, I went there on a coach holiday in 1979, David was the Driver/Courier, came home 7 days later wearing an engagement ring and the rest as they say is history. 

I have a whacky off the wall sense of humour which is definitely an acquired taste, it is my aim in life to grow old disgracefully.
