The latest network issues, which unfortunately affect our chat and connection, are unfortunately due to crashes at Cloudfare (our network provider) and Microsoft.

We can only apologize for these issues and we are just as frustrated as you users. Unfortunately, this is out of our hands.

We can only hope that they get things under control so that we no longer experience these disruptions.
