Heres a little more about my self & my family. We have two cat's thier names are  "Patches and Lucky"  plus 1 dog named Cuddles. My whole family love to play games on line & have fun times chatting. When I said I enjoyed Cooking I really do,I enjoy cooking home made dishes past down in our family for years. Here is a recipe from my family to your family. This recipe dish we all enjoy is called. (Pig's in the Blanket) , Not at all ur hot dog in a bisqit nither..ok. This (Pigs in the Blanket) recipe has been past down from my Grandmothers family for years. This recipe calls for 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick tenderized strips of round steak cut into three inch by two inch stripes and rolled up with a slice of bacon, and 1/4 slice of dill pickle (Reg dill or kosher garlic dill pickles)and sliced onion peices and then rolled and fastened with wooden tooth picks. Then they are browned on all sides in few table's spoons of oil in a large skillet. After browned remove rolled (pigs in a blanket) place them in a large stockpot. Cover with either water & dill pickle juice (from pickle juice in jar -or- beef broth & dill pickle juice (pickle juice in jar)"your choice". Bring rolled pigs to a boil & then cook covered on med to med low. Simmer for about 1 hour and 30 min's to 2 hours until rolled pigs are tender & well done. Then remove all rolled pigs from pot with leaving stock they were cooked in, To thicken stock you now bring stock to a boil and wisk in either corn starch & water mixture, or a milk & flour mixture (both need to be slightly runny), Now wisk into Pig's stock & you will have a nice gravy. When gravy is smooth & slightly thick remove from heat & pour gravy over rolled Pig's. Yes a little work but well worth it ! Mmmm Mmmmm Good I tell ya  .............

I hope you try & enjoy my family recipe. If you do please send me a little message letting me know how you liked it. Thank you.
