The objective of Mah Jong is to clear the beach for pieces by combining them in pairs. You can only remove a pair of pieces if they suit the following criteria:
| There are no pieces on the left or the right side of the piece that you want to remove. |
| There are no pieces on top of it. |

You can only remove a pair of pieces at a time. There is a total of 72 pairs in Mah Jong. Every time you start a new game, you will be given 3 times to shuffle the pieces. When there are no more pairs left, you can choose to shuffle the pieces. When there are no more pairs left or no more options of shuffle, the game is over.
