The objective of FREECell is to move all the cards to the home cells using the free cells for temporary placement of the cards.
To win you must build four stacks of cards in the home cells, one for each suit, stacked in ascending order (ace to king).

1. The game board consists of four home cells, four free cells and a deck of cards, which, at the start of the game, are placed face up in eight columns.
2. Click on the card you wish to move, then click on the location you wish to move it to.
| When moving the cards to a column, they must be placed in descending order (from king to ace) and alternate between black and red. |
| Cards moved to the home cells must be placed in ascending order (from ace to king) and have the same colour. |
| A card from the bottom of a column can be moved to a free cell, the bottom of another column, or a home cell. |
| A card from a free cell can be moved to the bottom of a column or to a home cell. |

| Bonus Spin and Bonus Cards: |
|
 |
Among the cards in the game there are bonus cards. To be awarded a
bonus, you must place the bonus card where it belongs in the
home cells. The card's value is equal to the value of the top
card times the value of the bonus card.
The bonus spin starts if you succeed in stacking all your cards properly in the home cells.
