In Diamond Mind 2, you can play with 3 different difficulty levels: normal, hard and Expert. On the normal level, there are 6 different diamonds, in hard, there are 7, and in expert, there are 8.
You have to help Ivan deep down in the coal mines to excavate diamonds. You have to move the diamonds so that you get 3 or more identical diamonds in one row. If you manage to create bigger combinations, you get exciting tools which can help you in the game.

When you play the game for the first time, it may be a good idea to play at the normal difficulty level. In short, the game is about removing as many diamonds as possible, before running out of options. You have to start by finding combinations such as shown on the picture on the right side, where you can create a row of 3 or more identical diamonds. You can make combinations horizontally as well as vertically.
In order to move a diamond, you have to click on it and then select a diamond next to it, with which you wish to switch position. You can also click and hold, and move the cursor in the direction that you want to move the diamond.

The bomb
The bomb removes all surounding diamonds when it is used. In order to activate the bomb, it has to be a part of 3 or more diamonds in a row. You get a bomb by removing 4 diamonds at once, and you can get it in all colours.

Rainbow stone
The rainbow diamond can remove all diamonds of one colour. You get one if you can remove 5 or more identical diamonds at once. In order to use the rainbow, you have to switch it with a surrounding diamond in the desired colour.

Line/Row stone
This special diamond can remove an entire horizontal or vertical line if it gets into a combination. The diamond will appear randomly, and it exists in all colours.

| Bonus spin and Diamond Spin |
|
|
In order to release the Bonus spinner, you have to fill the carriage with diamonds in the right colours. On the carriage, you can see which colour you have to pick up and how far you got. As soon as the carriage is filled, a new carriage will appear, and you win a Bonus spin.
When you have picked up diamonds in all possible colours, you win a Diamond Spin. In the Diamond Spin, you can win even more tokens than in the bonus spin.
