Playandwin.uk guarantees that all accounts will be treated with utmost confidentiality. This confidentiality can only be violated by a direct order from the authorities, and/or if a user breaks Playandwin.co.uk's rules.

Right of cancellation:

As Playandwin operates as a service provider, there is no full right of return. Playandwin.co.uk's customers cannot return a service once it has been provided. Therefore, it is important that you read the VIP membership terms and conditions closely before signing up.

Response time:

Playandwin guarantees to handle all customer inquiries regarding VIP membership within 2 working days.

Legal issues:

Internet games may be illegal in the area in which you reside. Is this the case you are not allowed to use your credit card to purchase services pertaining to games on the Internet. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of Internet games in your area before registering for VIP membership at Playandwin.

Age limitation:

You guarantee to be at least 18 years of age. You must be at least 18 years old to become a VIP member.

Transactions etc:

We encourage you to print a copy of the transaction after each payment. You are also encouraged to print these terms and conditions.

Payment:

Credit cards (VISA/MasterCard/Visa Electron) and Debit Cards (Maestro/Solo/Switch) Your card will be automatically billed ONCE each month for the monthly VIP-membership. And once a year for the annual VIP-membership. Your credit/debit card will be charged up to 4 days before your VIP membership expires, in order to make sure that your VIP membership will not be cancelled. If, for instance, the transaction fails, we will attempt to make the transaction the next day, etc. If your credit/debit card is charged before your VIP membership expires, the remaining days of your VIP membership will be added to your VIP membership of the next month.

Price regulation:

Playandwin reserves the right to change the price for VIP membership.

Delivery of service:

As soon as the transaction is completed, the customer will have access to a wide variety of extra services associated with the customer's username on Playandwin. This access will remain uninterrupted as long as monthly payments are made in due time.

Receipt of payment:

By logging in with your username and password, you can see a summary of all payments made. You can also see all payment receipts.

Card information:

Your card information is stored in order to complete recurring transactions (monthly subscription). This information is stored safely and will never be accessible to others. By accepting the terms and conditions, you also allow Playandwin to withdraw the membership fee from your account each month, using your card details.

Cancellation of a current membership.

If you wish to cancel your current VIP membership, you have to do so at least 5 bank days before your membership expires. In that case, you will not be billed for the next period.

The membership can be cancelled in "Account status" in the yellow bar on the front page.

Breaking of rules.

If any of those rules are in some ways, directly or indirectly, broken, Playandwin.co.uk reserves the right to delete or confiscate the person's username and all data that may be contained within that username. This also applies if a user rejects a transaction.

Renewal / deletion of card information:

Should the credit card, which is used for the payment of services offered by Playandwin be lost, replaced, blocked or cease to work correctly due to other circumstances, you are obliged to renew your card information on Playandwin. You can do this by following the link in the menu.

Customer responsibility and commitment:

The customer accepts to pay for services the customer has subscribed to at Playandwin. Should these payments not be made in due time, Playandwin reserves the right to revoke access to said services and terminate the user account at Playandwin including all details stored in the user's profile.

Errors on the site:

Playandwin.co.uk continuously monitors the website for errors, virus attacks, abuse, etc., and seeks to correct problems immediately once they are discovered. Playandwin.co.uk can not be held liable for the damage you and/or your computer might be caused by the use of playandwin.co.uk's facilities. If there are temporary errors or if the site/server is closed/down, playandwin.co.uk will not compensate for loss of VIP time or prizes. Contact:
